I have the best wife ever.
I know, it is cliche' to say stuff like that on Valentines Day, but I have the best wife for a very unique reason today. All you guys had to get your wife flowers, go to some lame restaurant, or maybe some of you suffered through some awful chick flick. Well, fellas (even though I am convinced there aren't any fellas reading this blog out there), my wife is the best because she SENT ME SKIING!
My bro-in-law Steve and I spent one of the best days ever at Snowbird. We had to hold hands on a few runs to celebrate the day of love, but in reality, my mistress on this "V" day was the mountain. She was good to us, too! Blue skies, 15 inches of fresh powder, and no lines made up one of the best Valentines Days ever.
Thanks Jenny, because when you give me days like today, it makes me love and appreciate you even more!

I did not know you guys got Valentines Day off- isn't that like the busiest wedding day ever?

First of all, NO ONE gets married on V day. In ten years, I don't think we have ever filmed on V day. Why waste the day when you can get presents on another day?
Second, Jenny's V day present is taking place tonight where she is going out with a girl friend. She will be going to The Cheesecake Factory and then to see Definately/Maybe the girl movie.
Perfect.
On this V day, we both get to do something fun that the other party would not have enjoyed! There are plenty of things we like to do together, but there are some things that we LOVE to do that we don't share! This V day, we celebrated the later "loves"!
You two seem to have this give & take thing worked out Hooray for you!
